About Us
I’m David Hanley, founder of SentinelReward. At its core, this consultancy exists to help businesses thrive in an uncertain world. I believe effective risk management is essential for sustainable growth.
I partner with fast-scaling companies targeting significant further growth. In these high-pressure environments, management is focussed on customer proposition and core operations, and risk management often lacks attention, despite its critical importance. By empowering companies with the skills and frameworks to manage risk effectively, I better enable them to navigate challenges with confidence, protect what they’ve built, and unlock their full potential.
My role is to work collaboratively with your team to build a lasting in-house risk management capability. Upon completion, your team will have a clearer understanding of risks and the tools to:
– Reduce losses and unrewarded risks
– Lower insurance premiums by improving your risk profile
– Provide stakeholders with clear evidence of risk management
– Handle unforeseen events with an actionable issue management playbook
Problem
High growth companies instinctively know risk management is important but often have limited band width and do not know where to begin.
Vision
Empower companies with own-skills and frameworks to manage risk effectively overcoming challenges, protecting and enhancing company value.
Proposition
Provide thought leadership and work collaboratively with your team to build enduring in-house risk management capability with clearly defined solutions.
Future
Reduce losses and unrewarded risks, lower insurance premiums. Provide Stakeholders with clear evidence of risk management and playbook for crisis management.
